Service Costs
The service costs are compensation for the other things and services that are provided in connection with the occupation of the rented property, this amount is in addition to the basic rent of your home. The service costs are included in the rental agreement and concern an advance that is settled annually afterward.
Liability
We trust that you will enjoy living in your home, yet circumstances may arise that make your living enjoyment less than optimal. We will do everything we can to keep your home in good condition, but as a tenant, you also have responsibilities and a deductible.
Damage may occur to your home, for example, water and fire damage. With contents and legal liability insurance, you can (largely) cover these risks. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, it is determined who is responsible for the costs, which varies per claim. In principle, damage to floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and plumbing is the risk of the tenant, legal liability insurance will minimize the risk. Your home is insured by Findex Vastgoedbeheer against a storm, water, and fire damage that is not caused by you.
